The hotel is newly built in a nice, quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, bright, and very clean with beautiful views. The dining offers exceptional variety and extended hours. However, some service aspects like plate clearing could be faster.

The resort offers spacious rooms and great meeting facilities, with the added fun of an amusement park on the property and easy access to the main island via a gondola ride. The rooms are quiet and perfect for relaxation on the second floor, though the daytime noise level is low. The location provides a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by beautiful gardens, but lacks dedicated walking trails for guests looking to explore on foot.

The hotel rooms were old but very clean, albeit slightly outdated. While I had to get tickets for Vinpearl Land, which my mother didn't want to visit, it didn't impact the overall experience. The service was very polite and nice, although there were minor lapses in towel clearing. The location was simply indescribable, staying true to being excellent and being immaculate and regularly maintained. The dining experience was nice and very good, offering a great selection of food one would expect from this type of resort. The hotel facilities were pleasant and offered everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Our stay at the hotel was truly memorable for a special occasion, with roses and petals in the room adding a romantic touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was quiet, perfect for relaxation. Although the air conditioner was a bit weak, the room was impeccably clean, offering a serene atmosphere. The service was a mix of attentive assistance and some delays, but the overall experience was positive. Very ideal and convenient location with immaculate surroundings, although lacking walk trails. The dining experience provided a variety of options, though not meeting all expectations. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The rooms, though not too big, were comfortable and equipped with soft mattresses and a TV. Our room, with double beds, provided a spacious and adequate stay for our 6 nights, offering a great ocean view. The service was exceptional, with staff members speaking excellent Chinese and being incredibly friendly and helpful. The location, while a bit far from the center, was nice and clean, lacking walk trails but still luxurious. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of options, except for a somewhat disappointing 5-star standard meal. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
